Today I booked an order with Swiggy (Order #***********) and specified the address on which they had delivered a couple of times in the past. I was advised a delivery within ** minutes. However, after * hour I got a call from Swiggy's Delivery Partner informing me that he was at a wrong location. When I tried to give him directions, he asked me to come to his location and collect the parcel. When I requested him to deliver at the address mentioned in the order, I got an SMS on my phone that my order has been cancelled and I will be charged Rs. ***/- as cancellation charges on my next order. First of all, my order was not fulfilled. Then I was charged a cancellation fee for an order that I had not cancelled. This is totally unacceptable; and a very unprofessional and pathetic behavior on Swiggy's part.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
