Kshama gupta filed complaint against Swiggy on Jul 6, 2019
I have ordered with swiggy no. *********** on ** Jun **. They cancelled stating that order with dominos is having some problem. My balance of Rs *** was deducted. Which they told will be refunded in *-* days. It’s ** days passed now, no refund has been made. On contacting through their help on the app they are saying contact bank without giving any details. What should I do to get my money back?
