Swiggy - Swiggy cancelled my order because I didn t have change

I made an order worth approximately *** rupees recently on **th December at *.**AM from a nearby restaurant. The delivery guy came with no change. So the swiggy people said they'll cancel the order (didn't say a word about cancellation fee). The restaurant has closed by now, so the item can't be returned either. No shops around were open either. So we couldn't get change. I live alone. And I don't use UPI, or PayTM or GPay. Nothing. So after the guy left, some ** mins later I see my order is still on and the delivery guy is still nearby at another restaurant. So I called him up and asked him to ask for change nearby because I know (since I live in the area) that there's people who carry change there at that point. Delivery partner said no he couldn't get change as he was the only person there while I could hear vehicles and people behind him. So I contact swiggy and check why my order hasn't been cancelled yet. The give me lame excuses and charge me ***.* as cancellation! I didn't even get my food! I ordered it in the middle of night not because I wanted to have fun...but because I was hungry and genuinely needed food. Super annoyed
