Purchased a **** Hyundai Verna SX(O) (Ticket #*******) marketed an Infotainment system with Apple Carplay and Android Auto, and wireless charger.
Post-purchase, found aftermarket parts not disclosed during sale/inspection and the wireless charges is missing.
Previous owner confirmed OEM parts were intact when sold to Spinny, suggesting modifications under their custody.
Spinny refused OEM replacement/compensation (~₹**,***–*,**,***) and procurement/inspection records, citing Clauses *A/*K and proprietary status, despite advertising a ***-point inspection.
