Bought a **** Celerio AMT transmission car from Spinny Dwarka ** Hub.
After *.* months the transmission broke. Warranty provided covers such issues but Spinny is saying otherwise. After sending the car to Spinny for repair, they are now asking for Rs *.** lakh to cover the malfunction.
Why did Spinny sell a car that had faulty Transmission? Why are they not covering the cost now when it falls under warranty?
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
