Spinny - poor quality assurance unacceptable post sales response and harassment to customer

Dear Sir, I am a serving officer in the Indian Armed forces and on moving on transfer to Hyderabad I bought a car from spinny on ** feb ** (wagon R **** model TS ** EC ****) at a cost of *.** Lakhs. During purchase a comprehensive report was provided by spinny which at that time assured that the condition of the car is absolutely fine. After satisfactory usage for *+ months the AC started switching off in running condition randomly and I faced sudden power loss and overheating indication as well. I raised a ticket on spinny and I was asked to land the car to their workshop. After assessment i was told that the radiator needs cleaning and the coolant pipe and coolant needs replacement and I was liable to pay for it as it is not under warranty. Not having a choice I paid and after * days of diagnostics and repairs the car was given to me. However within ** minutes of using the car the same problem was faced by me and I again contancted them. The car was landed again and there customer care response was very poor with no updates and communication received . There I was told ash another repairs of coolant and pipe is to be undertaken which was not indentified in the diagnostics dane just days ago. I tried to speak to the reps but there was no response from Spinny. One rep who connected with listened to my issue and said that it was my mistake as I should have checked the car prior purchase. I was shocked the this response from Spinny and decided to make a visit to the workshop where the mechanics were hesitant to explain me the problems. After a lot of pressure from me they said the coolant pipe and coolant needs replacements as they are causing the overheating indiaction. Also it was told that the radiator fan wa weak and needed replacement if I doing longer distance over * hour or so. Since the workshop was ** km away from my house and that it was a paid repairs I got the replacement done at a reliable service centre near me. I was already unhappy about the quality assurance of spinny which was promised during purchase. Moreover, I stopped using the car for my office and it was used for limited distance of *-* km around my house for domestic requirements. However on ** Jul ** the same issue was faced again and AC stopped and overhearing indication came. I opened a ticket again anthem car was towed by Spinny. After inspection I was told that the engine is overheating and though it covered in warranty since I was responsible for causing this problem warranty will not be provided. I explained to them that this indication has been coming since Jun despite of having the car atthe skinny workshop it was overlooked by skinny. Now I was asked to approve an initial amount of ***** for further repairs which is not understood. Spinny is not accepting the sub-standard quality assurance and they not accepting the warranty clause. The customer care response remain spoor and there is no way yo call them except write msg in the app and request for callback. There is no mechanism of grievance and escalating the matter. They don't remind too emails. Me and my family have been suffering lot off mental harassment and financial burdens due to the unethical and unprofessional response from spinny. Only after i raised a complaint of consumer forum and on X they accepted the warranty and repaired ithe car which took ** more days. While I appreciate the delayed but positive response of spinny, it may be noted that despite of paying full amount to Spinny the vehicle has not been with me for almost ** of the last ** months as they have taken too long to respond and follow-up Given the state of heavy rains in Hyderabad i kept requesting them to provide me another vehicle in the interim they didn't even respond to that. I had to travel in cabs and * wheeler as my office is ** km away from my home for which not only i spent a huge amount, my life was at risk view the bad weather conditions. Also i have spent ****+**** amount for initial repairs due to poor quality control and incorrect diagnostics from them. While the repaired car is back with me and is under observation by me I sincerely request Spinny to provide a compensation of *****/- for the charges i have paid for repairs, hiring of cabs, undergoing harassment an trauma view poor and negative response from them.
