Spinny - Spinny sold unsafe Assured car steering lock accident financial fraud denial of compensation

I purchased a Hyundai i** Active *.* SX (TS**EK****) from Spinny Hyderabad on ** Sept **** under the “Spinny Assured” category. The car has turned out to be unsafe, defective, and life-threatening, and Spinny is repeatedly denying compensation while giving false, incomplete statements.

FULL TIMELINE & NEGLIGENCE

Steering warning light appeared within ** minutes of delivery.
I reported the issue immediately to the Relationship Manager (Proof: Chats with timestamps).

RM delayed for * days, causing the return window to expire, despite me repeatedly complaining about the steering warning.

After * days the RM said: “I can’t help now, raise ticket in app.”

Spinny technician came, did NOT perform diagnostic tests, saw no warning light at that moment and wrongly declared “car is good to go” and closed the ticket without road test or report.

Accident happened a few days later:
While driving at ~** kmph on Hyderabad ORR, the steering locked, I narrowly avoided hitting two children, but my car sustained front-end damage.
Proof: Video (with metadata), photos, damage reports.

KM Automotive (Spinny’s partner workshop) kept the car * days, getting fed up I took back my car as there was no update, * days later, upon questioning, Spinny admitted:
“EPS module requires Hyundai OEM-level diagnosis.”
Still no written report or final fix provided.

Spinny later denied compensation saying “technician saw no light at the time.” This is false and illogical, because the fault was intermittent, exactly as I reported.

Spinny employees even asked me:
“How can we believe you almost had an accident? Do you have video?”

FINANCIAL MISCONDUCT

Spinny Capital charged ₹**,*** loan processing fee, while market rate is *% (~₹*,***).
Excess: ₹**,*** fraudulently collected.

Even after one month, no loan documents or sanction letter were provided.

I was pressured by Spinny staff to take loan from Spinny Capital instead of ICICI/SBI.
