I had booked a Ola cab on * hours rentals and the fare showed as ***/- , after booking the cab they have shared the pin for which we have to inform the driver and he enters the pin in his mobile, as soon as share the PIN number my fare has increased from ***/- to ***/-, as I have shared my PIN number I cannot cancel my ride and I am forced to pay what it shows in their app, this change happened within a time of * minutes for which the driver is on the way to pick me up, the method what cab aggregators are implementing is bleeding the common man, commuting is basic amenities for any human and with the increased fare I was mentally stressed and later created health issues, I want this matter of surcharges to be banned and bring Ola cab aggregator to justice in the interest of the common people of India, I also want to claim a compensation in this matter
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
