I have a business which is registered in Gujarat. I ordered items on AMAZON which were to be shipped in Maharashtra. The suppliers were from Maharashtra. Amazon staff told me that they do not issue invoices with IGST which basically means that I cannot claim GST Credits. IGST is federal law, I find it hard to believe that companies can set their own rules.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
