Bata India Ltd - Successful payment order not placed

I was placing an order of footwear article from bata , and I paid through UPI QR code. The payment was successful, but after payment page redirected, and bata page opened , it showed "invalid payment details"
. Money has been deducted from my account and i see no order placed from their side . I need a refund from them .
