We had taken full subscription for Planet Spark phonics class for our daughter. However, before even taking any class, we realised that it will be difficult for us to manage. Thus we immediately raised ticket and followed up with them over phone for cancellation and refund process. But till date no resolution taken. Thus request support for refund process
