I have enrolled planet spark on ** nov ****. After long discussion they told me if you don't like our services or any dissicion for cancellation or discontinue then immediately you can stop any time and you will get your refund.. but now I have message them from last *-* weeks but no one reply for mails nor they do call back.. continue I have mailed them many times to stop and cancel and full refund but they don't reply any message or calls.
I have attend only * class and * practice stopped taking all classes and waiting for reply and my refund but no one replied. They also told me that we will deduct every month as installment when u give permission then only your amount ****/- will deduct every month but after I check with my bank they already have credited their account with full amount now we have to pay to bank installment.. i greed very much help from voxya please help me for my full refund..
