I am writing to file a formal complaint against your counseling team, specifically Ms. Palak Dubey, Mr. Shashwat and the concerned manager, regarding the unfair and coercive conduct faced by me after attending your free demo class. I was subjected to continuous high-pressure sales tactics and was falsely informed that my child had been granted a scholarship, on the basis of which I was forced to make an immediate payment of ₹*,***. Thereafter, your representatives repeatedly pressured me to pay an additional amount of ₹**,*** through loan/EMI facilities such as Bajaj Finserv, and when I expressed hesitation, the manager aggressively insisted that I make payment through credit card, debit card or my wife’s UPI, which created serious apprehension of fraudulent conduct and mis-selling practices. I have not attended any paid classes and requested cancellation and refund of ₹*,*** on the very next day itself, however, despite repeated follow-ups, no action has been taken and only automated responses stating “we will connect you shortly” have been received. Such conduct amounts to mis-selling, coercion, unfair trade practice and deficiency in service under the Consumer Protection Act, ****. I therefore demand immediate refund of ₹*,*** to my original payment source, cancellation of any pending EMI/payment obligation of ₹**,***, and compensation for the mental harassment caused to me. Kindly treat this as my final notice, failing which I shall be constrained to escalate the matter before the National Consumer Helpline, the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and other competent authorities without any further communication.
