False Assurances and No Refund – Very Disappointing
PlanetSpark promised a full refund during the observation period of * month if my child was not satisfied. Based on this assurance, I paid around ₹**k for my son. The classes did not meet expectations, and I cancelled well before the promised time.
Despite repeated follow-ups, emails, and complaints, no refund has been issued. This reflects misleading commitments and poor customer ethics. Parents should be extremely cautious it's a scam.
