Shopkio - Sub standard product delivered

We shopped products from Shopkio and we were highly disappointed with the quality of the product. The product received was not at all similar to the pictures uploaded on the website. The saree had attached border whereas the picture had woven borders to it. Likewise, the pallu had no work as shown in one of the pictures. On having these problems we contacted customer care through email and phone calls. They never responded to the calls and they only replied *-* days later on mail stating that they won't reimburse the amount but only give me points to shop later. They expected me to send the product to the warehouse address on my expense to their warehouse which is not mentioned anywhere on the website or by them on mail. Even after repeated request they never responded about the address. All the products on the website are sold by the same seller "STYLESLOT DESIGN" and the last mail by Neha (Executive shopkio) sent me some links to select new products. When we replied to her on that she never responded to the same.
