I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order I placed through your platform. Unfortunately, I found a strand of hair in the food, which is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety.

This incident has not only ruined my meal but also shaken my trust in ordering through Zomato. I request an immediate full refund to the UPI account used for the transaction.
