I am writing to formally convey my profound dissatisfaction regarding the handling of my recent transaction with your company. This sentiment arises despite the courteous treatment I have consistently shown to your staff and associated moving partner.
Initially, I was given assurances by one of your representatives that the moving process would not be outsourced. I had explicitly sought clarification on this matter prior to agreeing to your terms and remitting the initial payment. I urge you to review the call records to substantiate my claim. It was much to my dismay that I later discovered the task was delegated to 'Mann Relocations Packers and Movers'. By that juncture, it was too late for me to reconsider as my alternate vendor of choice was unavailable for my preferred moving date.
Additionally, I was misled concerning the number of personnel assigned for packing. I was given to understand that between four to five individuals would be dispatched. However, only two appeared at the outset, with three others joining them after a considerable delay. Notably, the initial two arrived an hour later than the stipulated time, leading to my inability to utilize a personal vehicle I had reserved for my journey to Mumbai. This delay also resulted in the entire packing and loading process being postponed.
Further aggravating the situation, during my stay in Pune, I was informed of the deployment of only three personnel for the unloading in Mumbai. On speaking to your team, assurances were given that this would be amended to five individuals. Regrettably, this rectification was not observed. The limited manpower rendered them incapable of handling my three-door cupboard without inflicting damage, compelling me to discard it. This loss consequently impeded my unpacking, contributing to the delayed reporting of a missing wine bottle.
In the midst of these challenges, I have exhibited nothing but generosity towards your team. I covered breakfast expenses in Pune and graciously tipped the crews in both Pune and Mumbai – **** INR in total. Additionally, I provided them with several items, including a three-door cupboard, a double bed, a branded mattress, a refrigerator, and a washing machine, as a gesture of goodwill. It is particularly disconcerting to realize that amidst such benevolence, an item of sentimental value was pilfered.
The entire ordeal has been less than satisfactory. I trust that you will address this matter with the seriousness it warrants, ensuring that accountability is maintained and appropriate compensation for my losses is rendered. The aforementioned wine bottle was valued at **** INR, though my total incurred expenses surpass this amount.
I earnestly await a comprehensive resolution to these concerns.
