am writing to formally express my strong dissatisfaction with the services provided under the Super Relax Plan, for which I have paid a total of ₹**,*** (₹*,*** + ₹*,*** extension) with absolutely no meaningful outcome.
Facts of the case:
I opted for the Super Relax Plan (** days) and paid ~₹*,***.
In ** days, only * visits were arranged.
The property was not closed despite repeated follow-ups.
Your RM and the sales representative explicitly assured closure and convinced me to extend the plan, stating that the property would be rented out quickly.
I paid an additional ₹*,*** based purely on this assurance, with a clear understanding that failure would result in a refund.
Current status (highly unacceptable):
** days of the extension have already elapsed.
Only * virtual visits have happened.
There are just ** days remaining, and there is still no closure in sight.
This is a clear failure of service delivery and a breach of the assurance given by your representatives. I did not pay for excuses, dashboards, or verbal promises—I paid for results, which have not been delivered.
My demand (choose one immediately):
Process a full refund of the extension amount and the original plan, OR
Extend my plan at no additional cost until the property is successfully rented out.
Please note:
I am documenting this as a formal complaint.
If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate this matter through consumer grievance channels and social media other appropriate forums.
