I’m writing to formally escalate this issue that I encountered with NoBroker.
I have repeatedly contacted your team, and each time we were promised that your team is working on it to resolve the issue or refund being denied for invalid reason. Unfortunately, it has been a horrible experience these past couple of days with your team, and no refund has been processed yet.
This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable and falls far short of the service standards i expected from NoBroker. I demand immediate resolution of these issues under the refund policy. Failure to address this promptly will leave me with no choice but to consider further legal action.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
