Nobroker - Promised services not delivered

I have taken super relaxed tenant plan from Nobroker on *th May. The payment amount Rs. ****.** was made through UPI. The same day, they assigned a relationship manager and later in the evening she was removed and put another relationship manager. It took more than * hours to get in touch with the relationship manager through the call even though I was promised with a premium assistance from Nobroker. The very next day was her day off (*th May) and I was told another relationship manager would be filling in for her. Since morning I tried to get in touch with Nobroker assistance through chats, mails and also directly calling them via the number provided in the app. Everytime I was told a call back has been arranged. But nobody called me. Even when I called on the listed number also, they hung up the call without notice and without any resolution. Before I took the plan, I used to get a lot of calls from Nobroker. Now nothing. Even after so many requests, no response from them. Every requests raised by me has been closed without resolving anything. I have asked for a refund, no response for that too. EM-******, EM-******, EM-****** I have raised these many requests through mail and all of them closed without any resolution.
