Hi,
I am a small seller, just started my journey in Flipkart. I received my first order on **th March, ****, I shipped the order to ekart ( by Flipkart logistics Partner ). Customer Returned the product and ekart Picked up the product on **rd March, ****. From that day I am waiting for the parcel. ** days have been passed no resolution from Flipkart. Even in Flipkart Portal the status of the product is showing returned on **th March, ****. I am continuously mailing to Flipkart but no resolution was provided from there site. I am sharing returned product Tracking ID from Ekart - FMPR**********. You can clearly see that the status is still showing 'Picked Up'. Please help me in getting my product back or Flipkart should reimburse me for the same.
