Amazon - stated amount of refund assured by amazon customer care has not received

Dipesh Gayari filed complaint against Amazon on Jul 26, 2021

Yesterday I have been asked multiple times from the support that I will be getting the exchange value of **** after stating I have bought it from an additional exchange offer.

I am hereby writing that I have not received the said amount as mentioned in the email.

I was assured yesterday multiple times after calls with customer support and in the email too.

I would humbly request you to refund the said assured amount .

I am really frustrated with the amount I have received, Its my humble request again to you to please have a look and provide me the amount assured as stated yesterday over call and in email.
