Zomato (Restuarant name India Garden, Electronics City Phase *). For Order dated **/**/**** Order ID **********.
*. Veg Noodles has STAPLER PINS....it was bought for kids and as I felt something sharp while eating and found stapler bins ...few bunches...sharp and it pierced my gums and bled. Please take serious action against the restuarant and also Zomato. They have no customer support and chat support is just autobot. In addition, the noodles is tasting SO BITTER. I vomitted too just now as started to make the complaint here.
*. Autobot chat support gives various options and routes me to write my issue to order@zomato.com. No one responds in email for hours and it also sent automated email message that someone will get back in ** to ** hours.
*. I called Zomato Delhi Customer number for merchants......+************. India Garden restaurant were not responding in the given numbers in Zomato customer order page (***-********) and just dial (***********). So as I talked to Akshay and he gave me alternate India garden number ....**********...true caller identified as Mohamed Sabith Perandacheary). Sabith was in conference call and the moment he was told that there was stapler pins and kids were eating, he disconnected the call. Akshay from Zomato was shocked and told me sorry. Please take action against Sabith.
*. I was seriously hurt and with two kids and it is difficult for me if there is no customer support.
*. If Zomato has no chat support and just email support saying ** to ** hours response , then if something wrong items like stapler pins and health issue, who will help. What is the use of Zomato if there is no customer care and they have behaving as just some app without any face. PLEASE TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST ZOMATO.
*. PLEASE ASK DIRECTORATE OF HEALTH to do regular inspection at troubled restuarants and fine ZOMATO.
