My security money is not refunded even after ** days which is a timeline that Stanza Living mentions over the app. I have raised a ticket ( #AL-*******, Property - Studio ** BSA** Sarjapur Road ) to which no one is replying to and addressing anymore. I contacted the customer service, they are listening to my issue and saying they have forwarded my issue and someone will look into it and get back to me but no one gets back to me.
On the ticket it says within * days the issue will be resolved and its still not resolved. I'm not sure if Stanza will be refunding my money or not. The customer service is horrible, no one is ready to transfer my call to the relevant department, no one is ready to transfer my call to the manager. They disconnect my call over my face.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
