Vishnu Teja Doddi filed complaint against stanza living on Feb 20, 2026
I was residing at a Stanza Living managed property and had paid a security deposit of ₹**,*** at the time of joining.
Due to an internal dispute between Stanza Living and the property owners, the owners behaved unprofessionally and harassed residents. We were forced to vacate the property immediately, without proper notice or alternative arrangements. This situation caused significant inconvenience and mental stress.
I vacated the property on **th January **** and completed all required vacating formalities. As per policy, the security deposit should have been refunded within the stipulated time. However, as of **th February ****, I have not received my deposit, nor has any proper refund process been initiated.
Despite multiple follow-ups through calls, emails, and messages, Stanza Living has failed to provide clear communication or resolution. There has been no accountability or timeline shared, which amounts to deficiency in service, unfair trade practice, and mental harassment.
I request:
Immediate refund of my security deposit of ₹**,***
Compensation for mental harassment and inconvenience
Written confirmation and closure of this issue
I am attaching all relevant proofs including payment receipts, vacating confirmation, and communication records for reference
