I paid **** asked by the team to reserve they bed and by looking the rooms in online app it was good but when I visited the property it was not what it was mentioned while booking and I asked for the refund as my joining date is on ** Jan which has not yet started and no boarding completed yet. Tried contact support email , contacted the team but no help. No option to raise the company as well.
