Hi, I stayed with Stanza Maseru House, Kochi and moved out on Feb ****. My advance amount has not been refunded even after * months. I raised a support case and following with the team for months but I didn't get any update nor I get my refund. The ticket raised for the same has not been addressed and property manger or area manager don't care about that even if we reach them on phone or e-mail. It has been *months now.
