This app is used by restaurants to sell their stale food probably on discount. I had ordered pizza from chicago pizza at mid night. I had bought swiggy super pack along with it for * months. But I received cold stale bad packaged shit that could not be consumed by humans. When I reached to customer care, they gave me Rs *** as a bribe to shut my mouth with the same stale shit. I regret buying swiggy super pack and now they are not even refunding it back. I had trust on swiggy and so I had bought this super pack. The rating of the restaurant is already very poor and it seems like my issue was repeated with other costumers too. Swiggy should simply delete this restaurant. When I approached the customer service to cancel my swiggy super pack, they promised me to initiate a refund. But it was not provided and now they say that they cannot.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
