I had ordered Fusilli pasta combo from Toscano, Whitefield through Zomato. It includes pastry, salad, bread, pasta and aracini. Cream of pasta is completely milky not having creamy texture or test. Salad has leaves which has turned black rather than being green and giving sour test. Garlic bread is also not properly cooked. Overall whole combo was waste.I raised concern with customer care but they didn't give satisfactory answer, just said that it's not their duty kind of. Same incident had happened with me previously also in case of Asia seven restaurant. But Zomato never takes care of quality thing.
