I am a seller on Flipkart. I had received an order for a jewellery(jhumka). The day product was delivered return request was raised by the customer stating size issue. When I received the return it was an old used some different jhumka sent back. Not sure if it was the customer or the logistics people who did the fraud. But we being small sellers amount means a lot to us. We raised an SPF complaint on Flipkart with all the pictures and proof. But they simply rejected it stating their investigation did not find any valid proof of the incident. They did not give any proper explanation about their investigation report or did not even listen to us. Flipkart is only concerned about its profit and customers. Sellers are not fools here to lose their money and product both on Flipkart. If they will not support sellers we will also not be interested in selling at such portals.
