I raised ticket since since * months but they just closed it without my consent in next ** hr.
I have **Mbps plan of GTPL Broadband but What I get is merely * Mbps. sometimes it goes *Mbps since last * Months.
Every time GTPL team assure me to solve this problems with high priority but at the end I only get disappointment.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
