Hathaway Broad band - Speed and Packet loss issue

I am using your Hathway broadband service at **Mbps plan where from the past few days (** days) I am facing a speed and packet loss issue. I called customer care executives a couple of times and raised requests as well but nothing worked for me. As soon as I raise them, they are closed in a day or two.
