Kindly note that it was your personnel who uploaded wrong power in your app and hence the spectacles came with NO POWER IN one lens .
This is a gross mistake from your end .
How can you send spectacles with absolutely NO POWER IN one eye .
I had been worried since last more than a month and then I went to see my eye doctor who informed me that the spectacle made by you did not have any power in one eye.
However your team at Park Street outlet in Kolkata has refused to rectify this as more than a month has elapsed.
I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND THAT HOW COULD YOU EVEN SAY THAT WHEN THE ISSUE IS THAT YOU JAVE MADE SPECTACLES WITHOUT ANY POWER IN ONE EYE.
THIS IS GROSS NEGLIGENCE FROM YOUR TEAM.
KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS MATTER IMMEDIATELY AND TREAT THIS AS MOST IMPORTANT REQUIRING YOUR UTMOST ATTENTION.
