Hi Team,
As we could see from act portal that offer is valid for * year with unlimited gym access and all other stuff, hence we have registered by paying ****rs amount and when we check we don’t have access access to gym and all required stuff and they don’t have option to refund or change to different plan, they were saying just use it by even if not atol useful to you.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
