I revoked hathway broadband services some *-* years back. I called and informed them about me relocating. I reminded them to collect their modem to witch they said they'll collect the modem later after some time
but they didn't show up. I remember making a deposit of Rs. **** for modem while signing up, they were suppose to give me back my deposit in return of modem. but they didn't show up. Now, they are messaging me that I have not returned the device which costs rs **** and the same will be charged if not returned. Also, for years now even after revoking their services I keep getting spam calls and messages to renew my account. I don't understand what kind of scam is this company!?
