Pigeon Appliances - Sold defective piece no service provided to fix the issue

I purchased stove Kraft gas stove from Bangalore Ayappa nagar Pigeon store ( Stove Manager - Padma ) on **th May .
They sold us Display piece .
Issues-
One burner is not working since day one
One plate of burner is missing .
We went to the store and informed on the next day. Ms Padma told me that service person will reach in half an hour.
No one came .
We have been following up with Ms Padma but in vain .
She gave us the number of Service person - Mr Murugesh and asked to contact directly.
Neither Ms Padma not Murugesh will take the call or revert .
Ms Padma will just disconnect the call every time.
Should this be the behaviour of your staff .
We literally are struggling for support .
Ms Padma's attitude is like" I have sold ,your fault that you purchased display piece now please don't bother me"
Is it just selling the product .
If you guys feel that display piece is not going to be defective then better not sell.
Selling the product and washing off hands
Such an irresponsible behaviour.
Kindly support by fixing the issues or replace it .
