I purchased a Pigeon induction cooktop. The product was delivered just a few days ago, but unfortunately it has already stopped working.
Since facing this issue, I have tried to reach out to Pigeon Appliances customer support multiple times through:
Email – no response
Phone calls – no answer
WhatsApp support – not functional even during working hours
This has caused a lot of inconvenience as the product is brand new and should not have failed so soon. The complete absence of customer support and after-sales service is unacceptable.
