Pigeon Appliances - Pigeon service is not providing

I bought a * burner glass gas top from reliance smart bazar with * yrs waranty as mentioned in the waranty card. I have the bill and waranty card also. After * yr the nob and burner is not turning on so I called customer care but the service centre is not providing any service and saying serial number sticker is not there. But * serial number is ther in waranty card.. so please look into this issue. Wasting and exploiting customer is not good. I am not gonna buy this pigeon brand things in future. Very bad service..
