I purchased a pressure cooker online from Amazon but after some time i got problem in its base induction plate .So i gave it to service centre for replacement on ** sep **** . They told me that it will be replaced within ** days. But till now the product is not replaced and service center not giving any satisfactory answer about replacement.
But till now i don't get my original or replaced or repaired product
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
