Hello sir, Madam,
I have placed an order Poco M* mobile from Snapdeal on *st August ****.
Product was not delivered after following multiple time hence I was forced to cancel order on *th August ****. After ** days Snapdeal is saying it will take another * days and we are investigating matter. I have followed up number of time but they have not refunded money.
