Sajoop filed complaint against Airtel on Oct 22, 2018
As i was upgraded my airtel *g to *g sim on **th Oct **** from an airtel store. After that i am not getting any incoming services such as incoming calls and sms, i cant make any outgoing messages also. I was contacted airtel customer care many times for this issue. They told me to take duplicate, but nothing has changed after taking duplicate. As of now i feel very bad technical support from airtel. My problem is not yet resolved.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
