** March - morning * Am Checked My phone There is No sim card Showing i tried in other phones too but not showing in others too
next i early morning during going to my job visited Malad Store which near to railway Station, i reached there about * hour approx early bcos i dont know the store opening time,
and stay there till store open,
Later shutter opens half and they taken me in
Later the guy who is there started my process after *-* try not happen and other customers trying to come in, but that guy on my front said to others customer who trying to come in said chutiya saale kaha kaha se aa jate i immediately stoped him and said mind language, now he started to blaming me cos i said him i camed * hour before please do it fast cos i am getting late for my job, then he said main kya karu ek ghanta pehle aaya to in angry way, I said do my work i ll write this all stuff to airtel,
He said jisko bhejna h bhej i dont care , in rude way ,
Then i asked his manager name but all guys and one lady was there all denied to tell name of his manager they said we don't know name they disrespected me.
later they given sim and takes money **.Rs of sim swap said it will activated in * hours.
But that didn't happened even waited for ** hours
** March Next day Lockdown Announced
** March Lockdown Extended
after *-* days
Still i am Waiting and hoping to Sim gets activated.
Then Called Customer care they said we cant help you you have to visit the store from where you taken sim card.
Then I started to Ask help from Email support No Response from there.
Then i contacted on Twitter handle next day i got an reply dm your details and all then i shared all details them.
** March After Contacting them they replied sim swaped got failed Then I requested to deliver new sim asap at my address they denied to do that.
** March to ** April i am keep contacting them on twitter to do something for this they not listened it.
** April i got an call for taking sim card i said send it to my address he said ok will charge ***Rs. i said Ok send it.
** April Morning He comes with sim card and given me and i paid him charge which is ***Rs.
Sim Gets Activated in within * Hours.
Now During This Period Many Problems i faced
Fisrt Thing is This was My primary No. and its used for all services and essential things now days without phone no. its hard to survive when everything connected to that no.
I am not able to do any payment because of otp.
i am not able to make upi transaction bcos once sim removed it asks for verification.
I am not able book my LPG cylinder and i arranged form my neighbour.
Also Missed many calls from relatives and my business calls too.
Business calls are very important when you at home and working form home.
Not able to make my Bike Loan due to low balance in account and cant transfer to loan account.
Now money losses & Mentally Problems faced
Recharged other phone
Sim Swap Charges
Emi Missed Charges
More than * month recharge Lapse
Not able get any calls and business loss too
Problems i faced mentally
Disrespect at Store
They makes me helpless
Begged cash from neighbours
Wasited time in all contacting them to different platforms.
Mentally harrasment due all this issue.
