Vinay filed complaint against Airtel on Nov 18, 2021
my airtel suddenly got deactivated and no network is coming. When i visited the nearest airtel store to get a new sim card they are saying my request for new sim is getting rejected because of name mismatch issue.
It is yesterday i got to know that my name as per your data is "vijay kumar soni" whereas as per the ID which i have given to you while purchasing the sim it is "Vinay kumar soni". there is a mistake of "j". I have been using the airtel network from **** around *+years and all my ID's are connected with number. This shows the trust i have on the network. But when suddenly my sim is not working and not getting a new sim from airtel store only because there is mismatch of a letter (J). I dont know why you cant verify the spelling name with the document attached with the number ********** and make a change and reactivate the sim.
Even the airtel store here at Katni (M.P) refused to help me.
Please tell them to verify the spelling of the name from the doc attached with the number **********, i am sure that it is vinay kumar soni in doc rather vijay kumar soni.
