My sim card is deactivated and the reason is still not known. I went to airtel store to resolve it and they said that you have to go kolkata from where you bought it and the interesting thing is that they told me they are not sure that sim will be reactivated or i may get another sim with same number or not. I am in delhi right now . How can someone travel such far to activate a sim card. My bank account and online transaction are all linked with that number . I told them to issue to issue another sim card with same number but they told they cann't.
