I have a PayTM account. I have to complete full KYC on Paytm to get all facilities. But I'm from Assam so I don't have Aadhar card so I provided my Driving Licence. And the KYC agent completed my full KYC, which you can see on the attached screenshot. But by mistake they put my name wrong so I complained on twitter and they rectified it. But after that day my Paytm wallet is asking to complete KYC again. I contacted Paytm customer care through twitter but they don't understand the concern and just copy paste some templates to me. I'm complaining from many days they just say that their systems are down.. I have been waiting from more than ** days.. Their system down is not my issue.. And most important, Only full KYC Paytm users can transfer money from their wallet to bank account, which I did.. But now again I can't transfer money to bank account.. What should I do.. Paytm no. **********
