I Have ordered( my order no. Is ***-*******-******* for Rs. **,***/-) with Amazon Kimberly-Clark Kleenguard G** Blue Nitrile Gloves (*****), Large, Powder-Free, * Mil, Ambidextrous Gloves, *** Gloves/Box, ** Boxes/Case x * case ie. Total **** gloves & I received consignment against no. AWB ************ having weight mention on parcel is *.** kgs. Apparently -I received only * Boxs of *** pc each i.e *** pc .I repeat instead of * case of ** box – i.e ** Box ,I received * box of *** pc only. Short Supply was reported immediately. I have still not opened this parcel & it is in packed condition as i received. Then there was so called investigation going on And then they told after my enquiry, that nothing can be done. As per their investigation Total quantity were delivered. They refused to listen me – Now please tell me is it possible to accommodate **** pc in just *.** kg & parcel size is **” x **” x *” Apx. .Till this parcel is in packed condition -in original condition they sent me
Need justice either remaining quantity product or refund
