Sir I have palce an order for my baby on ** Oct ** having order id ********PHZAC*D*DD. Suddenly on **th October it's showing delivered but it didn't delivered. I have complaint regarding this with request ID ********. But issue didn't resolved yet. I want my order or my money back as soon as possible.
I also talked with customer care but he also assured me false.
Now they have closed my complain without any call or information.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
