Jiomart - Shipment not delivered

I have bought iphone ** from jiomart app. The original delivery date was * Aug, which they have extended to * Aug. After * Aug there is no update on the order status. I am chasing the customer care for last * days and everytime I called they said, we are trying to deliver as soon as possible. There is no proper resolution of my issue. Jiomart App is not showing any update. Customer care said that they have created the complaint ticket but I cannot see the the status of that ticket. I have asked refund my money if you are unable to deliver but they always said, we are trying our best. I feel financially scamed by jiomart and it seems completely unprofessional behavior from jiomart
