I have purchased an Adidas pod shoe worth ₹**,*** under order ID: *******-*******-******* on ** March. The shipment was delivered well sealed but there was only one shoe in the box not a pair of shoe. I raised concern in regard to this and kept following up with them. After a few days when I contacted them on **th March, they stated that my request has been declined as the shoe was completely delivered to me. They wouldn’t listen to anything and kept repeating the investigation is closed and that’s the resolution they can provide. Now I have lost my money and have only one shoe which I couldn’t pair with.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
