Dear Team Kesari,

Finally after a year of follow up we received a reply after visiting your Thane branch and we also received a credit shell note of INR **,*** after deducting some rescheduled charges of INR **,*** which is just a good way of making more money from the guests and taking advantage of this pandemic.

Firstly kindly understand that we aren't cancelling our tour and my family is ready to travel with Kesari in future provided we get ***% credit note of our paid amount. Kindly also understand out of * pax * pax are already senior citizens and they have paid this amount through their retirement funds and any misuse won't be tolerated. Kindly note that Ms Snehal Kadam & Mrs Vrushali Kadam from Pune are no more part of this group and they are resolving their queries separately.

There is no question of paying these rescheduled charges, we neither cancelled nor we rescheduled the tour. Your tour got cancelled and now getting rescheduled due this pandemic which is understood, but now we are planning to travel once the situation has been stabilized. And we can pay the difference amount if any, incase the price changes which is also understood but we are not going to pay any other charges by which you are trying to fool the customers. We had booked this tour with your company with a lot of trust and considering the travelers' age but things look very fishy now. It's just pure harassment for the last * year for everyone from your end and a good way of earning interest too on travelers money.

We have been serving the hospitality & tourism industry for more than a decade and we have also cleared all our guests travel amounts for various destinations for both FIT & GIT with nil charges as both airlines and local vendors have given ***% credit note for all sectors. Why only Kesari is charging this fraud rescheduled charges ? Even being a reputed travel company this is very unethical behavior by the company, who also never even bothered to reply to any of our emails or resolve our queries properly in the last one year.

Either you give us the option of refund against our group tour or provide us with ***% credit note which we will utilize for future travel. If the same is not considered we will ensure that we along with our friends and family will never travel again with Kesari. We will also post & share the blog of our experience with everyone which we had with your company along with the above mail trail which your company happily ignored and even your call centre team never assisted us (Please listen to the calls), never updated any notes on your CRM, and just made the fake promises of follow ups which they never did.
